After my dealings with Swallow Heating Contractors for numerous years, I can stipulate the following company belief. 'Excellence in service is not doing extraordinary things, but doing ordinary things extraordinarily well' is very true.
- The technicians are efficient, well presentable and take the necessary time to explain the work performed and their findings.
- The service coordinator (Heather) is dependable and always cheerful (good morning, have a nice weekend, etc)
- We can always depend on her (Heather) to call and refresh out memory about the yearly ritual furnace inspection (there seems to be 3 unfailing events: being taxed, death and Heather's phone calls).
- She takes the necessary time to inform me should the technician be late or early – this is greatly appreciated since I have to co-ordinate the time I leave work, to minimize my un-productive time at the office.
- These days, very few companies offer such meticulous customer service skills.
I can only stigmatize JD Swallow Inc. as a group of perpetual employees who offer a profound service in order 'to keep our nest cozy.' They should be commended for their efforts.
